Stefi Talman – From unknown shoemaker to the founder of VivaCrocs

With nearly half a century of experience as a shoe designer, Stefi Talman founded VivaCrocs in May 2024 with diverse designs and Crocs features, catering to customer design preferences. After just 3 months of running the business, she has gained many loyal customers. And she plans to expand the market worldwide in the next 3 years, not only for her exclusive designs but also for the company’s service.
Current goals
Stefi Talman was born in 1958 in Zurich, Switzerland, where she also grew up. Her mother, Regula Nydegger, is a rhythmic teacher from Switzerland. Her father, Leung Kam Tim, a mathematician from Hong Kong, currently resides in France. When Talman was about four years old, Talman’s mother married Swiss painter Roland Thalmann, from whom she received her surname.
In 1975, Talman pursued a year of study at the Zurich University of the Arts (HGKZ). Following this, she embarked on a three-year apprenticeship in shoemaking and subsequently completed her education with advanced training in cut technique at the Ars Sutoria Institute for shoe design in Milan.
Her designs are almost playful colors and material combinations with elegance and functionality. Her products inspire generations and accompany people in style through everyday life, on trips, and on special occasions. Stefi Talman’s collections are not only fashionable, but she also focuses on sustainability.
In 2024, VivaCrocs.com was launched as a Business-to-Customer online marketplace by Stefi Talman Founder. This website is a Crocs store providing consumers with unique items.
